Solutions Synergist: The role of Solution Synergist requires a driven individual with a passion for client service and a flair for building relationships, recognizing opportunities, and designing solutions for existing and potential clients.

Typical tasks will include:

  • Identify and track opportunities to solve complex process issues
  • Research, design and prepare technical proposals and quotes
  • Sales funnel development, tracking and reporting
  • Design and update marketing materials and events

Required skills/experience:

Application Developer/Software Programmer:

Typical tasks include writing specifications and designing, building, testing, implementing and supporting applications using a variety of programming languages and development tools. The successful candidate will listen to and understand client issues, work with them to find the most efficient and effective solutions, and will have:

System Integrator:

We’re looking for a strong team player who enjoys a rapidly changing working environment and has:

  • an engineering or B.A.T. degree or technologist diploma
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience with industrial automation & controls (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
  • electrical engineering design experience, specifically with control panels and field wiring

As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide technical services to our clients. Some typical tasks may include:

  • Listen to and understand client issues, and work with them to find solutions
  • Design, develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and operator interfaces (HMI, SCADA, etc.)
  • Onsite validation and commissioning of projects
  • Electrical design and AutoCAD drafting
  • Travel to client's site to provide support as required
